Novo Nordisk Sustainability
Novo Nordisk committed to reach a zero-environmental-impact future. We supported them by raising awareness on the protection of the environment and our natural resources.
We proposed 3 objectives to foster cultural change: to inform, to raise awareness, and to motivate. We developed awareness communication campaigns with value content through key messages: LEEDerar el futuro, #EcoNovo #CompromisoLEED [to LEED (lead) the future, #EcoNovo, #LEEDCommitment]. Thus, we invited the whole company to think and change their behavior. We gave the team information about the LEED certification, its importance and how to be part of it. We provided everyone in Novo Nordisk Argentina with information on how to take care of the planet and take part in the environmental commitment. We also held collaborative interventions creating sustainable murals with the company’s key messages, asking members of the company and their families to participate.
More than 50 people and their families participated in the mural.
