We created an integrated internal communications campaign, making “what is digital” into an ally for teams that work every day in the company.
We made the company’s teams get closer to technology by changing their mindset. We encouraged people to feel “digital” as a friendly tool using 3 ideas: The importance of the digital transformation, Channels available to be connected, Education on digital tools.
With the campaign we reached the following results: 80% of satisfaction, 13.297 of engagement, 668 replies to surveys, and more than 100 multi-channel communication pieces.
