Metlife - Connecting the Future

In 2016, MetLife Argentina faced some challenges: to transform their business, to renew their Board of Directors and align to the global strategy.

After doing a communications and culture diagnosis, we made up a biannual plan aimed at making every collaborator know his or her place within the business and the value chain. We wanted them to feel motivated, inspired, involved and part of each and every project. We empowered them under the motto “We are all ONE METLIFE”, all opinions are welcome.

We worked to make collaborators feel ambassadors with knowledge, values and tools to get to a future, agile and collaborative culture where everyone has the skills and space to win every day. 

This project was awarded the Premio Crear a la innovación en comunicación and the Premio Eikon de Plata in 2018 as Best Regional Internal Communications Campaign.
