Wellness program- Desde Hoy

In 2018 we planned and managed a health and wellness campaign for the Region, reaching 8000 collaborators working in various areas like offices, plants, and distribution centers throughout 5 countries. We could do so because we listened to them, we were there for them, and especially because we put collaborators in the spotlight, they were the protagonists of the Program Desde Hoy.

The campaign was a total success, reaching more tan 60% of engagement. In addition, it prepared the ground for other regions to implement health and wellness management programs for their staff.
It was awarded the Fundacom prize to Best Regional Internal Communications Campaign, 2018.
