BBVA Diversity Days
BBVA took on the commitment to become a more diverse and inclusive organization. Seizing the pride week, we developed an integrated communications campaign to create different impacts visualizing diversity and asking for reflection
We communicated before and after the pride week. We coordinated an online awareness campaign and invited the Director of Talent and Culture, members of the local ERG and leaders of the NGO Contratá Trans.
After the event, we spread the campaign both inside and outside BBVA.
The results were quite positive: more than 200 people attended the online event, more than 10 multi-channel communication pieces were developed, and the team that participated gave great feedback.
