#MODOMIX Medifé

By late 2021, Medifé started to return to the offices adopting a hybrid method. They needed a cultural transformation. Find out here what ABCOM did.

By late 2021, Medifé returned to their offices incorporating a hybrid 3×2 model, combining in-person and virtual work. They needed a cultural transformation to give room to a new working scheme, new collaborative spaces and to apply health measures due to Covid-19.

In ABCOM we created #modomix, a concept which highlights that the terms combination and fusion strengthen each other and drive evolution. We created esthetics based on that concept and a communication plan, with a poll based on memes.

We developed 17 graphic and audiovisual pieces with simple and funny language to generate empathy with people.

The implementation took place by November 2021. The new peak of covid cases during the summer and the new policies requiring people to stay at home again, made the plan continue, with some modifications, by early 2022.

Results

The campaign was well-received, especially because of its creativity. We could detect that 90% of people wanted to return to the office and 80% were enthusiastic about the 3×2 format. The poll design based on memes was so well-received that the organization incorporated it and used it to celebrate New Year’s Eve adapting some pieces.
