BBVA Employer Branding
To position BBVA as a company with a positive working environment and conditions and make it appealing to IT profiles and new capabilities
We worked the employer branding with a new concept that could be visible in LinkedIn and job fairs.
We developed a concept, the storytelling, and content for the target audience, inspired by their interests and role models.
We incorporated protagonists’ experiences to humanize the brand and show it as a transparent company which stays close to people.
We participated in IT job fairs with the new employer branding concept.
We managed the Argentine BBVA official account in LinkedIn for the whole year.
Results:
- More than 6% of engagement rate with the company
- More than 1300 visits of IT profiles
- Top 10 of companies within the sector in number of followers and engagement
- 62.670 new followers where 30% belongs to IT profiles
