Case: BBVA - Project: “Meet”
We worked with BBVA in their move and digital transformation process that lasted from 2014 to 2018.
We developed paperless work dynamics and encouraged the use of apps and collaborative work platforms, instilling a new mindset and new good practices.
We also helped them move from closed to open and collaborative offices, where collaborators from 13 different buildings gathered.
